## The Mariological Foundation: Mary’s Intercession with the Risen Christ### Prayer of Praise: Paschal Joy in the Power of Christ and Mary’s Maternal PresenceWe give you thanks for your return to us after your death and descent into hell, even after having experienced the extreme abandonment.For you remembered our little abandonment and overcame it with the fullness of your presence.Although you suffered the death we ourselves caused by the weight of our sins, you returned to us as our brother, bringing us the gift of your redemption.You did not charge us for having led you to the cross: instead, you made us participants in your joy, celebrating the new encounter.As if we had never been unfaithful, as if we had always waited for you with faith and trust, as if we could add anything to your happiness.We are those whom you redeemed, and yet you continue to be our brother. Lord, grant us the gift of gratitude.Grant us that from now on, thanksgiving to you and your Mother will accompany us always.Grant us to be the redeemed who follow you everywhere, who seek to do your will as you do the will of the Father.Let us not only bear fruit from your passion and redemption but let us already strive to understand that you are always among us, as our brother, as our true Savior. Let us never forget that you responded with faithfulness to our unfaithfulness, to our lack of faith with a grace even greater.

Grant us, each day, whether difficult or tranquil, to be filled with joy, manifest or hidden, in knowing that you have redeemed us and will take us with You at Your return to the Father.

We ask of You, grant us Your Paschal Blessing, along with the Blessing of the Father and the Spirit.
